Cartan has been our “go to guys” since 1992 Barcelona. My recent examples of great customer service centers on 2012 London and Rio 2016. Personal service and easy financing helped us for these big trips. We were given the choices of how to pay for our hotel; monthly or quarterly with automatic charging of a credit card against a payment schedule worked very well for us. These additional benefits were an important part of the Cartan “package.” Sometimes the luck of the draw places you within “arms reach” of the “future King of England.”
