Please fill out the inquiry form by clicking “Inquire” button located in the package page or click “Contact Us” at the top of the page. Once you have completed the form, one of our Account Executive will contact you to take you through the purchasing process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a purchase confirmation from Cartan. Please allow 24-28 hours from the moment you submit your registration form. Your payment will not be deducted from your account until all services are confirmed.

Ticket prices are set by our suppliers. The prices provided in the brochure are subject to change and are influenced by the supply and demand of the event. Due to the high demand of the Super Bowl, the ticket prices ARE ABOVE FACE value.
We will make every attempt to find similar or better tickets at no additional cost. If a similar or better replacement ticket is found, you will be automatically upgraded.
Cartan accepts all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If the client decides to pay using a bank transfer, there will be a 3% discount on the total services purchased.
Cartan guarantees that your tickets are 100% authentic and will be delivered on time for your event.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances. We urge you to please take extra care of your tickets.
If you do not receive your tickets four days prior to the event, please contact us immediately and we will make sure your tickets are received in time. Please note that tickets related to the Olympic Games WILL NOT be delivered.
