Cartan Global announced today that it has extended its partnership with the Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA). The partnership will go through 2028 to serve as the JOA’s Official Olympic Games Travel Company and designated Authorized Ticket Reseller (ATR).
This unprecedented 10-year agreement includes rights for Cartan Global to represent Jamaica for the 2020 Olympic Summer Games (Tokyo), the 2022 Olympic Winter Games (Beijing), the 2024 Olympic Summer (Paris), the 2026 Olympic Winter Games and the 2028 Olympic Summer Games (Los Angeles).
Previously Cartan served as the JOA’s official travel and ticket agent for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, the 2012 Olympics in London, 2014 Olympics in Sochi, the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang.

Representing Cartan in Kingston, Jamaica at the formal signing of the agreement with the JOA this past Friday (5 October 2018) was Greg Harney, Senior Advisor, and Consultant.
“It’s exciting for us to continue working with the Jamaican NOC,” said Harney who is also President of Cartan’s sister company Global Sports Partners. “The green, yellow and black is always a fixture at every Olympic Games so to be able to work with Jamaica for the next five Olympic Games is a sincere privilege for us.”
